Refund policy
We cut specifically for your order from our flower farm so we guarantee that your flowers are delivered fresh.
However, if you feel your flowers didn’t arrive in the best condition, or were damaged in transit, please make contact within 24 hours so we can investigate the issue. We will proceed with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If contact is made after 24 hours, we reserve the right to not replace or refund your order.
Cancellations for any order must be made 42 hours prior to delivery day.
Refunds can only be made back in the original payment method that was used for the purchase.
